Warranty Claims

If one of your AlmaCrawler or AlmacTech machines needs warranty consideration, this page is where to start. Below you’ll find the application form and everything you need to prepare before submitting it, so your claim can be assessed as quickly as possible.

Before you apply

A few conditions apply to every warranty application:

  • Submit your application within 30 days of the fault date, and before any repair work begins. If work is carried out beforehand, it’s at your cost and won’t be covered.
  • No repair, replacement, or scrapping of the part may take place until you’ve received written authorisation from AlmaCrawler.
  • Keep the faulty part for 90 days from your application date. We may ask for it to be returned for inspection — freight is reimbursed if the claim is accepted.
  • Warranty covers parts and agreed labour. It doesn’t cover wear items (track pads and belts, filters, brake and friction components, tyres, seals, batteries beyond their service term, lubricants), transport damage (which should be claimed against the carrier), damage from misuse, overload, collision, unauthorised modification or non-genuine parts, missed scheduled maintenance, or machines that haven’t been commissioned or registered on MyAlmac. Consequential costs — replacement machine hire, downtime, loss of revenue, third-party recovery — also fall outside warranty.

What you’ll need to attach

Applications can’t be assessed without:

  • A legible photo of the serial number plate
  • A photo of the hour meter reading
  • An overall photo of the machine
  • Close-up photos of the faulty part, both in situ and removed
  • A photo of any consequential damage
  • Service and maintenance records, plus a screenshot of any error code shown

Having these ready before you start the form will make the process faster on both sides.

How to apply

  1. Download and complete the Warranty Claim Application Form below.
  2. Attach the required photos and documentation.
  3. Send everything to warranty@almac-italia.com.
  4. Our technical team will review your application and confirm the outcome — approved, partial, rejected, or goodwill — in writing.

Submitting the form is an application, not a guarantee of acceptance. Every claim is assessed individually by AlmaCrawler.
