AJR18 ELC – Articulated Boom Lift

Designed to meet the demands of modern industrial maintenance, the AJR18 ELC from the AJ-LINE by AlmacTech is a compact articulated boom lift on wheels suitable for both indoors and outdoors applications. With a working height of up to 18.4 meters, it combines versatility with precise control, even in confined and complex environments. Its compact configuration – featuring an overall width of about 2.22 m – ensures smooth maneuverability and easy access in restricted spaces.

Engineered with a strong focus on safety and productivity, the machine integrates advanced controls systems and fully proportional movements, ensuring stability and smooth operation throughtout every phase of work at height. With a maximum basket capacity of 400 kg (3 operators), it can comfortably support more than one operator along with tools and materials, making it a dependable solution for a variety of operational needs.

Powered by hight-efficiency AC electric motors, the AJR18 ELC delivers zero-emission performance, low noise levels, and reduced environmental impact. The 48V battery pack, with capacity up to 465Ah, garantees extended working autonomy.

Key Innovations

• Quick Up & Down: simultaneous deployment and stowing of the aerial section via proportional joystick, reducing setup and stowing times.
• Basket Leveling: automatic basket leveling for enhanced stability and safety when working at height.
• GO HOME: automatic stowing sequence (telescopic boom retraction, turret rotation to neutral position, and closure of pantograph and jib), simplifying end-of-shift operations.
• Automatic Jib Folding: fully automatic jib opening and closing, operated directly from ground controls.
• WALL Function: automatic management of telescopic extension for safe operation alongside walls or obstacles.
