Renovación de la conectividad SIM
Los primeros 24 meses de uso de la SIM de datos están incluidos con la compra de la máquina, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario en el momento de la compra.
Al final de este periodo, para seguir utilizando las funciones que requieren conexión de datos, se ofrece una renovación.

Para garantizar que obtenga el máximo provecho de su inversión mientras mantiene los estándares de seguridad, es fundamental un uso y mantenimiento adecuados. Esta guía describe las prácticas esenciales para manejar y cuidar su paquete de energía de litio, desde consejos de mantenimiento de rutina hasta precauciones de seguridad durante la operación y el almacenamiento. Al seguir estas directrices, puede proteger su equipo, prolongar su vida útil y optimizar su rendimiento durante años.
1. MANTENIMIENTO
Para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de su paquete de energía de litio, se requiere un mantenimiento mínimo gracias a nuestro diseño tecnológico avanzado. Aquí se explica cómo mantener su paquete de energía en condiciones óptimas:
1.1 Manténgalo completamente cargado
Siempre que sea posible, mantenga una carga del 100% en su paquete de energía. Nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Batería (BMS) supervisa el cargador integrado, permitiéndole permanecer conectado indefinidamente sin riesgo de sobrecarga.
1.2 Inspección y mantenimiento regulares
Cada 3-4 meses, realice las siguientes verificaciones:
- Inspeccione los cables, las abrazaderas y la carcasa para detectar cualquier signo de daño o conexiones sueltas.
- Limpie los terminales y conectores para asegurar una conductividad óptima.
- Reemplace o limpie los filtros de aire para mantener una ventilación adecuada.
1.3 Pruebas de rutina
Utilice un voltímetro para probar el paquete de energía regularmente. Esto le ayudará a detectar cualquier problema potencial temprano y garantizar un rendimiento constante.
1.4 Consejos para almacenamiento prolongado
- Recargue cada 2-3 semanas si su plataforma aérea PRiMO permanece inactiva durante períodos prolongados sin desconectar el paquete de energía.
- Asegúrese de tener una carga mínima del 50% antes de desconectar el paquete de energía o el cargador cuando no haya energía de red disponible.
- Al desconectar del sistema eléctrico de la plataforma aérea, mantenga al menos un estado de carga (SoC) del 50% y recargue cada 5-6 semanas.
2. ALMACENAMIENTO DEL PAQUETE DE ENERGÍA
Si la máquina está almacenada o se usa con poca frecuencia, desconecte el cable del paquete de energía para eliminar el drenaje de los equipos eléctricos. Para almacenamiento prolongado (ocho / diez meses), cargue al 100% antes de reutilizar. Esta carga puede durar de 5 a 7 días debido al largo período de inactividad.
Asegúrese de que los paquetes de energía estén fuera del alcance de los niños.
Para un rendimiento y seguridad óptimos de su paquete de energía, utilice siempre el cargador específicamente suministrado con su unidad. No cargue la batería más allá del voltaje máximo indicado.

Si nota algo inusual o tiene alguna preocupación sobre el estado de su paquete de energía, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente para obtener asistencia.
Por su seguridad, nunca retire la tapa del paquete de energía, ni corte ni perfore la carcasa del paquete de energía, ya que hacerlo es extremadamente peligroso y puede causar un cortocircuito.
Además, no lave ni sumerja el paquete de energía en agua u otro líquido conductor, ya que esto también presenta un grave riesgo de cortocircuito.
3. SEGURIDAD
3.1 Ropa adecuada
Al manejar su paquete de energía, use siempre una pantalla facial o gafas de seguridad para protegerse. Quite cualquier pulsera, anillo o collar, ya que estos artículos podrían causar accidentalmente un cortocircuito.
3.2 Recarga del paquete de energía
Para garantizar la seguridad, no fume ni cree chispas o llamas cerca del paquete de energía o sus cargadores, ya que esto puede provocar explosiones.
Siga siempre los valores de corriente de carga recomendados en el manual del usuario. Cargar a corrientes más altas puede dañar el paquete de energía y puede resultar en explosiones o incendios. Recuerde apagar el cargador antes de quitar la pinza del cargador para evitar chispas.
3.3 Directrices de conexión
Nunca conecte más de un paquete de energía al sistema eléctrico de la máquina. No conecte paquetes de energía en serie o en paralelo, ya que esto no es seguro ni recomendado.
3.4 Mejores prácticas
Para un rendimiento óptimo, utilice el paquete de energía diariamente o semanalmente. Cuando la máquina no esté en uso, mantenga el paquete de energía bajo carga con el cargador integrado. JMS Powered Access invest in AlmaCrawler machines
UK Rental Company JMS Powered Access have invested in new AlmaCrawler machines, further enhancing their offering to specialist markets in the UK.
The delivery consists of 2x Bibi 850 BL’s, 2x Bibi 1090 BL Evo’s, 2x Jibbi 1250 Evo’s and 1x Jibbi 1670 Evo.
The Jibbi’s will be the first of this type for JMS, giving its customers new options for working at height across rough and unstable terrain.
JMS have worked with AlmaCrawler machines for the past 5 years and has seen the value in adding additional units to the fleet. JMS have focused on diversifying their fleet over the last 12 months, bringing in more specialist machines such as the Almac units whilst removing standard booms and scissors.
JMS Managing Director, Mark Jackson said: “We are pleased to be adding to the diversification of our fleet at JMS. We have run Almac scissors for several years now with great success. We are especially excited to be adding the Jibbi 1250’s and 1670. They will give our customers increased versatility and flexibility on job sites.
