AlmaCrawler announce a new branch in London

AlmaCrawler is pleased to announce the opening of a new subsidiary – Almac Atlantic Ltd, in the United Kingdom. The opening is yet another step in our ambitious global growth plans, ambition that previously already led to the successful creation of Almac Pacific Ltd based in Sydney, Australia in 2018.

The new branch in Cambridgeshire, north of London, will cater to the UK base of AlmaCrawler clients, further expanding our business coverage through quality sales and service operations.

General Manager, Andrea Artoni said, “We have been considering opening in the UK for some time, we have considerable customer growth in the area and we are committed to offering excellent customer experience and service. With the successful experience of the establishment of Almac Pacific, we decided it was time to make the move and open Almac Atlantic. We will be working directly with the market and have already established a series of collaborations for sales and service that we will be shortly announcing.

An overarching feature of our expansion is the pursuit of quality services and brand alignment with the same business ethos across the board. We strongly believe in the creation of partnership and collaboration and see ourselves more as a partner than a supplier to our roster of clients. We are constantly working on holding ourselves to higher standards to ensure we not only deliver great crawler scissor lifts, but also a great overall experience.

Oana Samoila, Area Manager for the UK will continue working with Malcolm Kitt, UK Sales Manager who has been working with the company for five years.

This further expansion of AlmaCrawler will therefore ensure the constant availability of stock directly in the United Kingdom, consolidated after-sales service & support and a quick and efficient spare parts management, with an increased participation in local fairs and dedicated sector events and subsequently a growth in the local UK based team.
