We sell and distribute our crawler scissor and telescopic boom lifts exclusively through local, national dealers because we believe in the importance and value of localised marketing efforts and support. All our dealers are carefully selected and receive continuous training to ensure Almac customers receive qualified, timely assistance, both before and after they purchase an Almac product.
We have extensively focused on the customer’s overall perception of value, which we know depends on the characteristics of our tracked aerial platforms as much as the quality, quick response time, personalisation and the 360° service received, before, during and especially after you have purchased an Almac product.
Through our authorised national local dealers, we are able to provide a quick and efficient customer help service, giving support to Almac customers both during the warranty period and throughout the lifetime of their purchases.
We test each Almac product according to current European standards, getting it certified before releasing it onto the market. Our internal PDI process, a thorough inspection of each unit’s functioning before delivery, guarantees the quality and safety of our tracked aerial platforms.
